CIE IGCSE science multiple choice papers

Hello, I have recently completed my science IGCSE papers. Unfortunately, after the exams, I realised that the lines I put on the answer sheet for the multiple choice papers were quite thin lines in pencil (as opposed to my friends who filled in the boxes on the answer sheet). My question is, will the computers which will mark my multiple choice papers be able to detect the lines. The lines are thin, but clearly visible by eye.
