Do universities accept GCSE's in conjunction with IGCSE's?? for example if you sat the CIE IGCSE English exam but the rest are GCSE AQA or Edexcel exams like the sciences and maths

Yes. They're treated exactly the same. You can have all GCSEs, all IGCSEs or whatever mixture of the two types you like.
