Good Sixth Forms/Colleges In North London - Barnet, Haringey, Brent?

I'll be entering year 11 in two weeks and would love to know of any good schools in North London? I live in Barnet/Haringey but I don't mind about the distance. Anything better than my current school would do! The school is failing woefully, and I'm afraid I have been left no choice but to look elsewhere.

My grades are alright, not much compared to most on here though. If I do say so myself.
(Maths) - 4
(Combined Science and Geography) 5
(English Lit) - 6
(Health & Social and English Language) - 7
(RE and Sociology) 8

I'd just like to know of absolutely any schools you think I could get into with these kind of grades.
I've got some in mind already, so if you attend them or know about them could you also let me know? I'm struggling.
