Extra Exams

I see people applying for Scholarships and bursaries.
I have not done neither .

I also have not done any Olympiads or whatever they are called.
How do I apply for them?

Can someone please give me a run down on these kind of stuff and explain how to apply for them, THANK YOU!!!
Could you also tell me , if they are worth doing?
I am kind of clueless as you probably may know.

Yeah and Olympiads.
How do you get offered Bursaries and how do you obtain a Scholarship?
Do you have to take exams before you attend Uni?

As for Olympiads
How do you apply for them and take them?
Are they beneficial if you want to apply to a good university?

Honestly you don't need to worry about Scholarships and Bursaries for university right now. You are VERY far away from the process. You'll only need to think about that in at the end of Y12 or in Y13.
In Y12, you should ask your subject teachers about Olympiads; they'll explain it all then. Olympiads aren't necessary, but it's very good for your personal statement when applying to unis as it makes you stand out amongst other applicants (only if you do well in the olympiads).

I'm guessing from your username that you want to do medicine.
If so, you will be required to sit the UKCAT (for most unis) and the BMAT (for a few unis) in Y13. You should start preparing for these exams about 2-3 months before taking them.

Your school will explain the application process to university once you're in Y12. The reason they haven't done it yet is because it's waaaay to early.

I hope that helped
