Can I write same paragraph of proposal ->dissertation?

Hi
I am doing dissertation recently.
Just thing is ,for literature review, Can I paste same paragraph from research proposal to dissertation?
I already submitted my proposal to turnitin in this July.
So, if I do it, the plagiarism percentage should be over 30 at least
If I mentioned the matching parts were written by me, is it OK to accept?

*It's not PhD or master level research, only for UG level graduation.
