Quitting college

So there are two things I a really passionate about, the first one is steadicam operating and the second one is coffee roasting. Neither of which require a university degree. I recently found a trainee roasting position at a roasting company and I am tempted to quit college if I get the job since it is full time. I want to do this because I love roasting coffee but it will also help me save money for a steadicam rig for a career in steadicam operating. Is it a wise Idea to stay on college or to take the job if I get the chance to save up whilst also doing something I'm passionate about

I assume you are past GCSE and onto level 3 qualifications. You still have to stay in education and training till 18.
You can do an apprenticeship.

I would do some research about steadicam operating and a possible career then see if there were specialist courses and level 3 qualifications were useful. If so I would finish my level 3 education to give me choices and get education for free. After 18 then it becomes much more difficult and you end you having to pay. You might also want to advance a career that incorporates wider knowledge such as cinematography or cameraman. Makes sense pt get the foundation qualifications out if the way for options.
