Autistic College Students Needed for Study

Doctoral candidate is seeking adult college students who meet the following criteria for participation in a dissertation study:

•

Possess a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

•

Be in physical attendance for at least one semester at a public college or university.

•

Not be withdrawn from college or university for more than two semesters.

The purpose of the study is to give ASD students the opportunity to share their stories of social experiences, while attending a college or university. The study will raise awareness within the education community of the social lives of ASD students at higher education institutions. Participation in this study includes an initial one-hour video conference interview, a thirty minute follow up interview, and three days of journal writing.
