Weird new green button on tsr?

It's been around a few weeks. It's for completing your profile and making new threads. It doesn't however show up constantly.

Never seen it before today, is it supposed to have more functions?

Not right now as far as I know. Elements are often introduced with certain abilities then given a few weeks to see how they do. Does completed profile % go up? Does a targeted user end up making more threads/posts? If it's successful it's expanded, if not.. It gets blasted into computing oblivion.

i thought it was a hot cross bun Icon for Easter ?
