A* in A Level Maths (OCR B MEI)

Hi All,

Just got the result of the mock exams, I was expecting an A in Maths but unfortunately I got a C in the actual mock, but school has predicted me B.

I plan to do medicine and most of the universities require AAA.

My aim is to get an A* in Maths [Stats and comprehension are my weak area]

Any suggestions / resources / plan of action will he highly appreciated.

Is it possbe to go from C to A* in my final A Level exams next year and what should I do?

i went from C to A in chem...i am expecting a B tho bc i made mistakes in the exam
went from D to A in psy
and C to A in bio

if i was able to pick up all 3 u can pick urs up from c 2 a*

Definitely!! I think the trick to maths A level is practice. If you work hard and do some questions everyday or often you can definitely achieve an A*

Well I do Edexcel maths but physics and maths tutor and examsolutions.net are very good websites and they also do OCR MEI. Text books are also a good resource for practice questions. Hope this helped :smile:
