Any topic could be in the non-calculator paper. The best way to get used to the types of questions in paper 1 is to look at past papers. Go here and click on some of the "Paper 1"s to see the question types.

As I said above, any GCSE topic could be in the non-calculator exam. If you want a list of all topics then look here:

Look at the contents page in your textbook. Obviously the topics that require a calculator won’t be in the non-calculator test.

There aren't really any topics that always require a calculator apart from maybe "use of a calculator" :smile:

Even something like iteration could be in the non-calc paper depending on the question.
