Help With Integration

Hi I would be so grateful if someone could explain how I would go about integrating this. like what method I should use. thank you so much x

Expand the bracket. There will be a tan^2 term which may not be obvious on how to integrate, but note the identity tan22xsec22x1\tan^2 2x \equiv \sec^2 2x - 1 which is useful because you (should) know the antiderivative of sec^2.
