Find a Plant- ie someone you can focus on who can give you reassuring smiles when you speak or, a tip I used for talking in front of the whole school, focus on the back wall- it will just look like you’re looking out to everyone and you won’t be able to see all these people watching you. Also make sure you have a bottle of water. Hope this helps
