Manchester or Exeter or Cardiff for Biological Sciences?

Hey! So I got offers from these unis for the Biological Sciences Course. I am confused as to what to choose for a firm and an insurance.

I do prefer the student life at Manchester, but as far as local UK rankings go Exeter ranks higher.
Both courses seem fairly similar and is not an issue for me. I know Manchester has a really good international reputation but is it the same for the Biosciences department?

Can you have a firm and insurance of Manchester/Exeter because if that’s so just focus on those two.
Tbh while Exeter may rank better, the difference is probably minimal so if you prefer Manchester, firm that.(but check course content)
But if Exeter does have a really good biological sciences program and you want to do research/further study in biological sciences, pick that.
But again only Exeter if you want further study/research and the Exeter program is a lot more renowned than Manchester’s(to do this you’ll probably need to look somewhere else apart from ranking tables).
