I think I'll share a story instead:
As I was trout and about yesterday in my motorpike and sidecarp I saw salmon in the distance. They were herring a bit of difficulty with a kite which was no longer perched on the park tench but floundering in a tree. I got from my pike and eeled it round to try and help them. They were rather lardy with a good bit of chub and a ruddy complexion. I could see that they wished for me to clamber up and rescue it (I had been doing lots of work with barbels).
As I brought the kite down they were breaming with joy and I heard them exclaim that I was dace, but suddenly, they roached ed for a gudgeon, hit me over the head and ran to my motorpike. They told me to stickleback there and left me. In the minnow of nowhere.

*point of order

the flounder is not strictly a freshwater fish; it can survive in brackish water, but is a creature of the sea.

nicola sturgeon

Spoiler:

note that sturgeons are actually anadromous - they can survive in both fresh and salt water. Many reproduce in freshwater, but spend most of their adult lives in the sea.
