2000s Disney Channel show about mixed raced family

Omg omg omg

So this has been driving me and my sister nuts for the last God knows how many years.

Basically somewhere around 2000-2006 there was this family sitcom on Disney Channel which was about a white single mum and her teenage son who lived with an African-American family.

We literally can't find it anywhere on google :frown:

Does anyone else remember watching this?

I used to watch Disney channel a lot in those days, but I can't remember that. The closest thing I could find was the 2000 Disney channel original movie "The Color of Friendship". Trailer:
