Practicing Medicine in the USA

Hi, Im currently doing my a levels and planning to apply for medicine in the UK. Is it feasible to move over to America and practice there once I graduate in the UK as it has been my dream for a while. I am an American Citizen from birth so I dont know if that helps. Ive read a few forums and it seems pretty hard to move over and start practicing - I understand that you need to train as a junior doctor here first? Honestly I dont know where to look to find this information. If anyone could help Id be very grateful :smile:

I am a US citizen (as of birth) but i'm also a UK citizen as I've been living here since the age of 5. It just seems easier to go to uni here as Im doing a levels, whereas in America you have to take SATs too and i dont know where id find the time to fit those in too - unless they are easy.
