    anyone know the sort of stuff that one can go into with a maths degree, and anyone know of any internship schemes running for this summer that accept A-level students - i've look on the net, and everyone requires Undergrads!!! How am i gonna pay for uni???

    Maths graduates are known to be well in demand, and good earners.

    A Maths degree opens up a door to huge opportunities - e.g. investment banking, mathematical modelling, econometrics, grocery stores ( :p: ), almost anything.

    A Maths degree shows you are numerate, and that is very much in demand.
