Hi!

I'm registered with a teaching agency (since March last year) however the only work they're giving me is nursery. I want to apply for secondary PGCE courses and so I have contacted other agencies about this. I've decided to go with a more local one (the one I'm with were originally in my area but relocated to a city an hour away). Would it be weird to ask the agency I'm with to be one of the references for the one I'm going to be signing up with?

I should add that, yes, I have tried getting more secondary experience through volunteering but it really is like trying to get blood out of a stone. And it isn't due to the pandemic, I've had this issue for at least 2 years before the pandemic.
