No, its perfectly acceptable.
You are free to take whatever work any of them offer you.
unless you have signed / agreed some sort of exclusivity agreement then it shouldn't be an issue - have you seen /signed anything like that?
FWIW I have had to sign these for representation for senior roles, I have found them hidden in the small print, and I have also found "you must not work for a competitor for 6/24 months" type clauses in contracts too - but that's consulting not teaching agency
