There is no way to know without understanding how it is graded and how the raw scores translate to grades (if they are scaled in any way), which usually requires knowledge of the qualification you are studying and exam rubric.
It may be very good or it may be average, it's impossible to say. In a UK university it would probably be very good. In a US university it would probably be average, maybe on the lower side of average. This because the way the two systems mark and grade things, and how the grade boundaries are organised, are totally different.
