Disclaimer: I am not a medical student yet
From what I have heard, I believe first year is the easiest, and second year is the hardest of them all. Of course this can vary depending upon med school but that seems to be the general consensus
At my allied medical school, apparently 3rd year is very tough. But I think it really varies between different medical schools because their course structures differ from each other.
