As level Maths

Hi guys, so I’ve decided to take: A level Business, A level Law and A level Sociology, everyone keeps telling me that these courses will not potentially help me get anywhere in the long run; because of my college requirements my options are limited; I’m good at talking and debating but I honestly don’t have an interest in A levels I’m pursuing them so i have a good future, i was also deciding to take AS level maths even though i am absolutely dreadful at it but could someone help me understand what it is and what it can help me do in the future.

If youre dreadful at maths, then dont take it as you will be putting too much pressure on yourself
Those subjects sound great! Its just dependent on what you want to do once youve finishes college
