Gcse Chemistry help

Hi, could someone explain why fluorine is more reactive than chlorine? It is a 3 mark question.

Chlorine gains an electron less easily than Fluorine.
Because Cl has a greater distance between its nucleus and outermost electron
And because Cl has increased shielding by its internal electrons
So, Cl has weaker electrostatic forces of attraction
Thus, Chlorine is less reactive than Fluorine.

(I'd assume the bullet points are what you'd get the marks for.)
