L'hospitals rule

In the ms they considered the Taylor expansion about pi to find the value whereas I used l'hospitals rule are both methods allowed, also in what cases would I use the expansion to evaluate a limit rather than l'hospitals rule Screenshot 2022-06-15 at 10.57.16.png

Its generally about convenience. If its a well known Taylor expansion for the functions, you may as well just work off that as it saves having to use l'hopital/calculus to derive them. However, youre essentially doing the same thing.
