Amending an already submitted SAAS application?

Hello all,

I was reviewing the SAAS application I submitted on Thursday, and was dismayed to see I had answered 'no' to whether I would be applying for the Independent Students' Bursary. I was absolutely certain I had applied for it as well as the student loan and tuition fees. I've tried to phone SAAS but it's a nightmare to get through.

Does anyone know if it's possible to retrospectively amend the application to say that I DO want to apply for a bursary too?
