How long does it take/when will grade boundaries be leaked

For what? For A levels they come out the same day as the results (so the 18th), not sure about GCSEs etc, but I assume the same principle will apply
I highly doubt they will get leaked beforehand

You are not specific enough - SQA published them today (09.08 Results Day in Scotland).

For A level and GCSE they are released by the morning of exam results day. They are usually available to school exams staff and senior teachers the day before and so can 'appear' on the internet at any random time. Lots of fake ones will be posted on social media because for some odd reason it amuses people. I'm not sure why it excites people so much when they haven't seen the mark schemes, don't know for sure how marks will be awarded and don't know their actual mark.
