Help I don’t get this part of the q you don’t really need to see the whole Q because I just don’t get how they converted t= 5.171 into hours to get 5 hours and 10 mins wouldn’t it be 5hours and 17 mins??

5.171 hours = 5 hours 10 mins

0.171 hours = 0.171 x 60 mins = 10.26 minutes

Spoiler

Because there are 60 minutes in 1 hour, not 100

Nope because an hour has 60 minutes within it, not 100. 60x0.17= 10.2 so it's 5 hours and 10 minutes. At least that is how I understand it but my logic may be flawed

To take a much simpler example, 5.5 hours is "5 and a half hours" which is 5 hours 30 minutes. You wouldn't say it was 5 hours and 5 minutes, would you?
