Can someone check this math problem?

I'm not sure this is correct can someone double check it?

A bakery exised for 5 years and operated 15 ovens. Each oven could only bake one bread an hour.

15 ovens x 24 hours a day = 360 loafs of bread baked a day

360 x 365 days in a year = 131.400

131.400 x 5 years means they can bake 657.000 loafs of bread in its 5 year of existance

Is this right or wrong?
Yes, that should be correct. 657000 loafs of bread should be baked in 5 years.

The main issue here has to do with the assumption the bakery was open 24 hours a day!

I haven't seen any bakery that is open non stop for the entire day and for the entire year including bank holidays, Christmas, Easter, summer holidays, etc.

Also a year is approximately 365.25 days and the day isn't exactly 24 hours but 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4 seconds.
