Looking for someone to take over lease in Cathays

I'm a first year English/Journalism student at Cardiff Uni. I made arrangements with my 3 flatmates to lease a flat in Cathays for the next 2 years but I am dropping out of uni and need someone to take over my lease.

The flat will be available in September for 340 pounds/month, though you would have to pay half rent for August too.
