Spouse Visa : What are our options?
My wife is here on a Spouse Visa since December. She wants to study university here but I think she will not be able to be given student loan. I do not have the money to support her education aspirations. She was in her 2nd year of medical degree in her home country. We got married and so she dropped out of university to come here. She has diplomas from an Iranian school.
I was planning to get her to do all A levels for 2 years. I’m not sure if this is a smart idea. She wants to study Pharmacy so I am not sure how easy it will be to study A level Biology , Chemistry and Mathematics online. The problem is she’s not confident to travel alone yet so it will need to be an online a level course.
I would prefer her to do a foundation year at university if that path is possible.
We are really stuck and any advice would be great. We are very desperate and she is feeling defeated more day by day. Education is her dream and I feel like I have ruined it by getting married.
