Plymouth or Oxford Brookes for BA Geography
Can't decide whether to make Oxford Brookes or Plymouth my firm choice for a BA in geography.
Anyone with a recent experience that isn't too biased, please help me!
Some factors stopping me from choosing Plymouth:
- The city isn't that great compared to Oxford.
- It doesn't seem to have as many activities for students as there would be in Oxford.
- It's relatively far from everywhere else and is quite difficult to get to as opposed to Oxford being near London.
- Their study abroad programme is a bit confusing and not as easy to apply for as Brookes
However, I found lecturers at Plymouth seemed incredibly passionate about the subject, they're very focused on protecting the environment and it seems like it would be a perfect place to study geography.
I've also heard mixed opinions about Brookes so I need some help!
I'm torn between the two 😖
