For this question do I compare the 2 things I circled in green or the two things I circled In pink?
I’m confused as to which atoms/ things attached to the c I compare to what.

For comparing which is the higher priority group: compare the two groups attached to the same C (the pink ones)
For deciding whether the molecule is E or Z, look at the relative positions of the higher priority groups on each carbon (the green ones)
