If I didn’t analyse any terminology in 3a extract question can I get any marks out of 20 at all?

It caps you at 8 marks i think, according to the mark scheme:

Level 2 5–8

The response is largely descriptive. There is some comment on the language, form and structure.

•

Limited use of relevant subject terminology to support examples given.
