Help! I don’t get how to do this the answer is anywhere between the range 7-7.25% but I got 66.7%.

IMO, this question is badly worded.

When they say the "percentage decrease in haemoglobin saturation", they mean the "decrease in percentage heamoglobin saturation". For the sigmoid curve this is roughly 65 - 5 = 60. Then it is required per kPa. So, change in kPa is 6-2=4, hence decrease in percentage haemoglobin saturation per kPa is 60/4 = 15 per kPa.

Now do something similar with the linear relationship.
