the answer is -0.06 in the markscheme but I don’t get how I get their rest of the q

just keep doing the iteration until it stops changing ( simple on your calculator ). then write the display to the required accuracy.

also with this q I don’t get why they put 3 for the Xn term in the equation… isn’t it supposed to be -1.4189 ??

so the 3 is your x_n
