That course is about making stuff so make one. You need to look at GCSE / A level coursework, drawings, painting, computer renders you did for fun, models you built etc, things that show a mix of skill and creativity.

Do you draw, paint, CAD, render / blender, build things for fun ? What is it that attracts you to the "design" aspect of the course ? Its that you get to use the portfolio to show off.
