A level maths loss of motivation

Hi guys,

After the maths paper one for Edexcel I was very happy with my performance, possibly in my head around 50-55% in my head (which is insane compared to my previous mocks).

However after this paper 2, I really struggled to get my head into the right place and made stupid mistakes, leaving out a large number of questions etc. I could say that maybe I could have gotten around 20% in my head on that paper.

Is it realistically still possible for me to at least get a C with a good result on mechanics and stats?

Thanks
If we take a look at the grade boundaries for 2022 (they will be slightly higher this year though) we can see:
A* - 217, A - 164, B - 130, C - 96, D- 62, E - 28
In %, 76%, - - 55%, -43%, - - 32%, - -21%, - - 10%

From edexcel: 9MA0 A Level Mathematics Subject 300 217 164 130 96 62 28 0

That means you are currently on a C (35 to 38% avg). If you did C-grade worthy in your mechanics then you'd get a C!
However, just because you could get a C doesn't mean you shouldn't think about what you could get - a B if you did really well!

I never thought of it that way, thanks for that.

As long as I have done as well as I felt I did on paper 1 then I guess a C is definitely possible so long as I put the effort in in the final exam!
