How do I contact SF Wales via Live Chat?

I'm trying to contact them, I click Live Chat on the contact us page and it takes me to the home page.

I understand it's only until 4pm but I did it earlier and nothing came up.

My issue is that I'm doing a BA with the OU that I started in Feb and I applied for a new module that starts in October then SF upped my student maintenance loan for 2022/23 but the module starts in October so where is my 2023/24 loan schedule?

I also have no secure messages anymore.

The SF Wales contact page does say that the web chat function only appears if an adviser is available.

Try calling instead:
