Probably a silly question but if you graduate in 2024 with a law degree, can you apply for training contracts starting in 2024 and do the sqe at the same time?
It depends on the firm. Some would require you to have completed the SQE 1 before starting. So you'd probably need to apply for 2025/2026. Some like Kennedy (I think) take you on straight away and you can do your sqe part-time. So basically look at the eligibility and requirements before applying
