Resit outside uni of Manchester?

I failed 3 courses pathetic i know (first year engineering), am I able to resit outside of Uni of Manchester (I live in Canada) maybe like university of Toronto or something?

You should contact your course operator to find that out. In my uni, my course tried to let international students resit exams in their own country’s British Embassy but they weren’t allowed. So all international students have to fly back to London just to sit a few or one exams.

Generally, no. There is a bit of wiggle room but in my experience, not too much.

Some stuff can modified to be done online if you're set for a year abroad or have an internship, but if you're simply an international student then your contractual agreement is the same as every other students', viz. that you need to be on campus in resit periods.
