Discount for Accommodation take over in Liverpool

I have a room at the Cathedral Dwell accommodation in Liverpool for 42 weeks from September that I am not using due to going to a different University. The total cost for this contract at Dwell would be £5166, so that is £123 per week.

The room is a silver non-en-suite room within a 5 bedroom house.
The house has 2 toilets, 2 showers and a shared kitchen. There is WIFI and all bills paid.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, shelving, desk and chair.

As I have a need to find an occupant for the room I would be willing to pay part of the room charge to the person that takes the tenancy agreement. I would be prepared to pay £500 of the charge. That would mean the new tenant would have £4666 to pay to cover the 42 week contract.
