Hello!

I applied for the course back in December and have accepted my offer! I’m coming from a UCL undergraduate degree in Arts and Sciences which was quite a broad undergrad so I’m looking forward to specialising. The Birmingham course seemed like a good option (I’d read a bunch of good reviews from other students). How about you?

I just did registration yesterday! I saw a thread from last year that had a timetable listed in it. I’ll see if I can find it!

It’s encouraging to hear other people are coming from an arts background too. I did a decent bit of programming during my degree and in my spare time but I don’t have a very solid computer science foundation. What’s your experience like?

Hey everyone! I also applied to this course. I applied quite recently and late in this year though as initially I didn’t know I wanted to do Computer Science.

Does anyone know if we get to also do optional modules or is it just the core modules we do?
