Just received AS results A chem A biology and C Politics - been getting mostly A and a few Bs for all my tests in Politcs. Can I still apply to Oxford? I have read on here UCAS for Oxford doesn't require predicted grades?

The course you're applying to should have entry requirements on the Oxford website. If you're predicted lower than them, it's very unlikely Oxford will consider your application. Unless you have your final A level results already, you still need predicted grades.
