Is this a problem in my MSc Application?

I've applied for the MSc Education Futures on the 16th Nov. I received a confirmation email on the 17th Nov. My Referee submitted their reference on the 25th Nov (deadline according to the email they received was 26th Nov), and I got a 'Thank you for your Application' email on the 29th Nov. However, on my application hub it still shows as Application Status: New

Is this a problem with my application? Is this normal? Are these the same for other applicants? I'm just concerned my application is stuck at some point before getting processed, as when I checked the possible Application Statuses (on https://www.ed.ac.uk/student-systems/support-guidance/applicants/post-online-application-help/application-status ) there are none as 'New'. The first one is 'Application received' and the one after that is 'Being processed'. (Also, concerning the documents, I will be graduating from my undergraduate degree in May, so I won't have a degree certificate until then.)

Where do you see all these details regarding your application?
In Euclid, I can only see 'Pending our decision', but no link to get the details you show in your screenshots.

so I log into MyEd, then I click on "Manage my application" and I find the info there under the section, "My Applications." On the Right-hand side I also have a button "open application" to go into further details of my application

Thanks for your answer, but how strange!
I don't have the same menus : in myEd, I click on "Manage my application", then "My UG application" tab
And there I have only "Track my application", with no clickable link only on my passport (what for?)

And absolutely no "Open my application" (I tried in 3 different browsers, still the same).
