Unclear on remote MMI from SGUL

I received an interview invite from SGUL Friday and was told I had 24 hours to complete the RMMI. I was then sent a text message stating that my RMMi period had begun and that full instructions are available on the link that they have sent. The link only took me to their public website and I have no idea how to proceed. I have emailed them twice but have yet to receive a response. Tried calling but in vain (I am calling from abroad).

This is really tricky. Unfortunately my best advice to you is keep calling them.
You could also try reaching them on social media or live chat (if they run one).

Can you share the link they've texted you?

When I've looked on the website myself things seem quite broken.
The first result on google shows a blank screen: https://www.sgul.ac.uk/study/undergraduate-study/interview-hub
Nothing on the MMI page says about remote interviews: https://www.sgul.ac.uk/study/undergraduate-study/how-to-apply/multiple-mini-interview-mmis
And they seemed to have removed the content from their overseas page: https://www.sgul.ac.uk/study/undergraduate-study/interview-hub/international-overseas-applicants

not MedMom, but as we are replying at same time just to say think social media idea makes sense if don’t disclose anything such as a student ID but just ask them to contact, urgently

They were shut 1pm-2pm today, back open now but phone lines close at 4pm

Sigh I have tried dialing for 3 minutes straight and it would go to voice mail as soon as the call connects. Phoned the general inquiries hotline and the operator was not able to help connect me :/

I don't have an answer to that apart from to keep trying sadly.

Thank you all so much for your help from the bottom of my heart. They immediately replied to email and I was able to log on to the RMMI platform. Just came out of the interview and whew I think I can finally sleep tonight! Thank you all so much once again
