Late Dental applicant

So only about a week ago, I felt as if I wanted to do dentistry (I know). I have no work experience and I'm applying to do it everywhere just after I do my UCAT (I hope to do it near the very end so like 27-29th September) . I've got to study for my year 1 mocks for my predicted first - I'm fairly confident about them. What I wanted to ask was how likely is it I get 2700+ UCAT and can anyone offer any tips? Bear in mind I'll have about 12-14 days to prepare. I also think I'm from an area of low progression. I'm expecting at least A*AA, had I achieved that and a good UCAT, how competitive is it to get into dentistry? Is a lot of it down to luck?

I want to apply to Manchester, King's and QMUL, no preference really.
