It really depends on which University you go to, they will all have lecturers who are specialists in different areas of history. For example, here at Canterbury Christ Church because of the city's heritage, the focus is predominately on Medieval History > Here's a link to our course page. https://www.canterbury.ac.uk/study-here/courses/history
Whatever you end up studying, remember to follow something you have a passion and genuine interest in!

Depends on what kind of history you're interested in. Different university departments specialise in different topics.
