Watch Arabic movies
I did Arabic GCSE last year and I did the full course in about 8months (in year9). I am not Arab so for me it is a completely foreign language, and it isn’t a subject my school offers so I had to learn independently to take the exams. I got a 9 in it, although it was intensive work and did take lots of effort to learn a new language in less than a year,
As someone recommended, one thing I liked doing was watching films in Arabic (make sure they are in MSA though - standard Arabic not dialect)
Also doing as many practice questions as possible is also very useful,
Best of luck in the rest of your exams, feel free to let me know on this thread if u need any tips
I have an GCSE Arabic Reading Mock exam tommorrow and my teacher has moved me from Foundation to Higher Tier. Does anyone have any tips as I am struggling (although I have learnt some vocabulary)?

if you haven't already, go through some of the past papers (https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/edexcel-gcses/arabic-2017.coursematerials.html#%2FfilterQuery=category:Pearson-UK:Category%2FExam-materials) when I did my reading last year, i started off with the translation question (it's worth a lot of marks and is quite easy/straightforward). you can also review the vocab list at the back of the spec and test yourself. i hope this helps, good luck with your exam you will do great inshaAllah ❤️ update on how it goes! ❤️ (I have mocks all of this week as well😓)
