First question from my further maths
The line L has equation 3x-5y-20=0
The line L crosses the x-axis at P and the y-axis at Q.

What have you tried? But in case you have no idea how to start...
Usually with coordinate geometry problems, I like to draw a picture first. This problem is simple enough that might not warrant a picture, but hey, practice curve sketching is good anyway.
Also I suspect you might not remember how to find the midpoint between two given points - go have a read to your textbook/notes.
