Hello, I'm currently doing an mcomp in computer science. As I am a first year, I'm finding it hard to apply for an internship since most require you to be in your preliminary year, and 1st year internships are very competitive. I found a week long spring week for BlackRock in London. I currently do not live in London, and since its a week long I will probably have to rent an apartment for a week.

Is it worth applying for a spring week and putting that in my cv, I know the contacts and networking could be good. I reckon anything is better then no experience but would love to hear your opinions.
